UPON INSTRUCTIONS received from THE REGISTRAR OF THE HIGH
COURT OF ANTIGUA, Parliament Drive, St. John’s, Antigua, I Franklin
Maynard will sell by public auction on
Thursday 24th September 2026 at 2:00 p.m. on site, the
property of Geddes Meyer of Vernon’s, Sir Sydney Walling Highway in the parish
of St. Peter which is recorded in the Register of Lands as follows:

Parcels: 21 & 87
The property consists of a residential building
